Our Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee begins with high-grown, single-origin Guatemalan beans known for their rich body, bright acidity, and smooth chocolatey notes. These beans are aged for 30 days in authentic Bourbon barrels, allowing them to absorb the deep, oaky complexity and warm vanilla undertones of the whiskey-soaked wood.
After aging, the beans are roasted to order in small batches, locking in the barrel’s signature aroma and flavor while preserving the natural character of the Guatemalan coffee. The result is a truly unique cup—smooth and full-bodied, with layers of caramel, toasted oak, dark chocolate, and a whisper of smoky bourbon on the finish.
